Studio

Our studio is currently located on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg people, which include the Odawa, Ojibwe, and Pottawatomi Nations collectively known as the Three Fires Confederacy. This land is apart of Treaty 16, the Lake Simcoe Purchase (1815) between the Crown and certain Anishinaabe peoples.

We are unable to offer in person shopping. If you are having trouble choosing colours or require additional service then please email us at fullmoonfibres@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you! We also have a YouTube channel where we host a knitting podcast. There, we talk about our current projects, yarns, project ideas, colour combinations, and upcoming new items for the shop!

 Shipping

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. For Canadian orders, all orders receive a tracking number. International customers who select Small Packet Air will not receive a tracking number as this rate does not provide one, the Tracked Packet rate will provide you with a tracking number.

If you have placed an order and it has not arrived please email us at fullmoonfibres@gmail.com and we will do our best to track it down. No refunds will be given for missing packages until 60 days have passed since the shipping date.

Returns

Due to Covid19 we are currently not accepting returns at this time.

Photography

Due to the settings on different monitors the colour may not be exactly as shown online, we do our best to ensure that all photography is done accurately to the monitors here in the studio.

Wholesale

We offer wholesale! If you are a shop or a maker that is interested in carrying either our yarns or J Hendry Design Co project bags email us at fullmoonfibres@gmail.com and we will send our wholesale information to you!
